CONTINUOUS FREEZING TUNNELS (TRV)
CROSETTO INGENIERIA S.A.’s tunnel freezer represents the next stage in automatic and efficient systems, with a focus on reducing energy consumption. This equipment has the capacity to handle multiple product lines, each with different retention times, and can bring them to the desired temperature automatically. CROSETTO INGENIERIA S.A. presents the most technologically advanced TRV (Variable Retention Hanging Tunnel) on the market, providing the following advantages:
Improved product handling
Products are gently placed in the freezer, row by row on the trays, eliminating damage and maintaining row spacing, which minimizes shelf life and energy usage. Once the product is in the tray, it is not handled again until it exits the system, reducing the risk of damage.
Significant energy savings
The efficiency of the ventilation power in the whole system is maximized by altering the air flow, thus leading to significant savings in production cost.
Product tracking and tracing
Products can be located at any time within the freezer. The operator screen immediately displays where each product is located in the system, the time it has already spent in the system, and the exact time it will still be in the system.
Multiple product handling
The freezer can be configured to accept multiple products simultaneously, depending on the volume and number of products. The Multipass also has the option to accommodate larger cases within dedicated levels.
Improved product quality and consistency
Air flows against or with the product, giving an identical temperature profile for specific products, regardless of their position in the freezer. This results in better product quality and consistency.
User-defined shelf life
The freezer allows users to define different storage times for different products.
Less Labor
The freezer is a fully automated system, thus reducing or even eliminating the need for labor, significantly reducing costs.
